Certainly the supplements are expensive and interviews with Olympic athletes this year has confirmed that the majority just eat well balanced diets with traditional foods, what do you think?

The rematch took place on Oct. 1, 2011 with Joseph winning again by the same scores. Once again quoting what Ray Thompson said of the last fight,”Steele is a fine young man and a heck of a fighter!!! Joseph had his hands FULL fighting Steele from the beginning of the fight til the very end!!! The scores showed 30-27 BUT the fight was MUCH closer than that. It was an honor to fight such a fine Martial Artist such as Steele”!! What was great about this fight is that both young men are great sports and show a lot of class. I wish the best to both Joseph and Steele.
