Next MMA Fighter

We spoke with Raul Amaya following his win at Art of Fighting 7 in Tampa, FL.

Over the past weekend me and the gang piled into the rental car in Atlanta and headed down to Sarasota, FL for Art of Fighting 2. Art of Fighting is a new promotion that features all pro MMA bouts and in their sophomore effort they looked to deliver an action packed show much like their first one.

They have used the same arena in Sarasota twice and it’s a good place to see a fight since they place their front row seating close to the cage along with offering grandstand seats for 15 bucks.

There’s a few fighters from the show that I would like to talk about and we will continue to keep an eye on them.

Raul Amaya is now a fighter who is 1-0 as a pro and he looked real good in his debut for a absolute decapitator punch on Mackenzie Briggs in the undercard. This is a guy I think that could make some noise and we will continue to follow as he progresses through the lower ranks. Check out a video of the entire fight here

Eduardo Boza is a fighter who left the cage on Saturday night remaining undefeated after he put a real hurting on Dave Yost who is a celebrated and popular fighter in the Florida region. I cant really figure out how this guy got to be undefeated after watching him fight but Eduardo overwhelmed him with some serious standup and quickness for a fat dude.
